We attend pre-construction meetings, submit low voltage floor plans and connection diagrams before we touch a wall, pull our own permits and carry full insurance, and hand over a documentation package covering every run, panel and device. Do you handle BDA/DAS for code compliance?
Yes. We design and install in-building public safety radio (BDA/DAS) for new construction and retrofits, in line with Florida county code requirements for emergency responder radio coverage.
Can you be one sub for AV, cabling and security?
Yes. Audio-visual, structured cabling, BDA/DAS, access control, surveillance and Lutron lighting control all go through one licensed low voltage team, with in-house programming.
Do you work under the electrical contractor?
Yes. When the low voltage scope sits in the electrical package, we price it to the electrical contractor and work as their sub. We also work directly for general contractors and owners.
